We take great care when packing your rosettes All orders are boxed to prevent creasing and crushing as much as possible
All deliveries are sent 1st class post or by courier * Please note extra charge for next day delivery on last minute orders
Please order as early as you can, although we realise that it will not always be possible, we would appreciate you trying to adhere to the timescales below:

******* Telephone orders will be accepted, but we will not be responsible for errors, unless the order has been confirmed in writing prior to manufacture of rosettes.
******* We will acknowledge your order by return post or fax, if your order has not been acknowledged within 7 days, please contact us immediately.
******* You must notify us within 3 days of receipt of acknowledgement, of any amendments to the order.
******* Shortages or errors must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of order, or no responsibility will be accepted.
******* We reserve the right to vary colours and materials, but will only do so when absolutely necessary.
******* Postage charges will be due on all orders, except those being collected.
******* Where a special motif or logo is to be reproduced, it will be the responsibility of the person placing the order, to have obtained permission for its use, and to find out whether or not it is subject to copyright.
******* Goods will be sent by whatever means we feel suitable, depending on timescale, size and weight. We cannot accept responsibility for goods once they are despatched, but every precaution will be taken to make sure they arrive on time and in perfect condition.
